Open ITSM Hub is the community-driven directory for open-source IT Service Management ecosystems. We catalogue packages, skins, tools, and organizations across the major open-source ticket systems.
Our Mission
The ITSM landscape is rich with open-source solutions — Znuny, OTOBO, Zammad, KIX, and the legacy OTRS CE. Each has its own ecosystem of add-ons, themes, and service providers. Our mission is to make this ecosystem discoverable, comparable, and accessible to everyone.

How It Works
Data is collected from official package repositories, community sources, and vendor websites using automated scraping (powered by Firecrawl) combined with manual curation. All data is stored as structured JSON and served as a static site for maximum speed and reliability.
Technology
Built with Nuxt 4, Nuxt UI v3, and Tailwind CSS v4. AI features powered by Google GenKit with a Python FastAPI backend on Google Cloud Run. Hosted on Firebase Hosting.

Open ITSM Hub is open source. You can contribute by submitting package data, improving existing entries, reporting issues, or contributing to the codebase.
